Photo licensing
Apollo Photo's photos can be purchased under three license types directly from the gallery pages — the price is shown per photo depending on which licenses are sold for that photo. All prices include VAT (25.5%), itemized on the receipt.
Single-use license
A one-time usage right in editorial content — both print and digital, including social media.
Single-use license – Commercial
Covers advertising, marketing, invitations, product packaging, films, videos, catalogs and brochures. Also allows entertainment use: books, magazines, newsletters, broadcasts, theater. Unlimited printing, poster and reproduction rights for personal or commercial use. When included in resold software/themes, the image is limited to a maximum of 480,000 pixels per file.
Personal license
Unlimited use in personal photo albums and private social media channels. All other use is prohibited.
Club license
Effectively equivalent to the commercial single-use license, but with a tailored usage period — allows free use of the agreed material in the club's publications for an agreed period. Terms are always negotiated separately with each club or organization, and it is not sold through the gallery pages. Get in touch using the form on the For Clubs page to agree on a club license.
